It’s a Good One: Nama Tofu

Nama Tofu at Onigashima. The true specialty here are the noodles, especially the soba, which are made from stone-ground buckwheat flour imported from Japan. But the fresh tofu, $7, is not to be missed. The restaurant only makes 30 orders per day.
