The space is packed with a selection of more than 20 merchants, including favorites like Dough and newcomers Delaney Chicken, all of which scream a certain hipster-gourmet flair, even here in the Suit and Tie heart of Midtown. There’s plenty of patio-style seating in the middle of the industrial-feeling room, though at lunch time, it’s already packed. By night, a more relaxed atmosphere pervades, as people sip wine and eat summer rolls in the golden glow of string lights. (you knew there would be string lights).
“This is early days, but things are going well,” Dan Delaney tells the Voice. His stand sold out of food by 7.30 p.m. on a recent night. “It took longer than we thought to have the gas turned on, but now we’re open, and it’s really exciting.”
Pick up a Roberta’s pizza, or a veggie burger from No. 7’s new vegetarian spin off No. 7 Veggie; sip a Toby’s Estate Coffee, eat a Suzette crepe, and Instagram to your heart’s content.
