This was six years ago when the team shared a roof and worked on new ideas. At the time, almost 300 people went through those houses, including startup founders, crypto enthusiasts, and investors. From that community, ventures have been made with a market cap over hundreds of millions of dollars, including dobjoy, poviolabs, fillrougecap, etc. The team realized this model could be scaled withWeb3 technology where the community can learn from each other and be part of each other’s success.
Secret Island Club will purchase high-end plots of land within multiple Metaverse worlds such as Decentraland, The Sandbox, and Otherdeed for Otherside, among others. This is to create a chain of Secret Island Club Hotels. Also, each hotel will consist of its own unique experience and activities. There will be a lobby or lounge area on several floors where everyone can gather, mingle, and participate within the community, a conference area where guest speakers can share their tales and knowledge, and panels where Secret Island Club holders can discuss their objectives and desires. And, of course, an arcade where members can play SIC P2E games.
A one-of-a-kind project, the Secret Island Club has attracted interest from various players in diverse industries. This includes working with top football (soccer) player Mateo Kovacic and notable singer Conor Ball. Working with such personalities has been an added advantage to the community that seeks to gain more entry into the field.
