Photographer Tod Seelie hit the second, final, sold-out performance of Ketamine: The Musical, at the House of Yes last night. “The segment with the couch makeout session had a funny spoken accompaniment describing how K affects the male sexual function,” Seelie notes. “In short: it’s not good.”
And then there was the part “with the screaming woman birthing piles of broken glass that are then eaten by giant evil babies,” which he describes as “legitimately unnerving.”
Seelie helpfully adds, “This play does not make you want to do Ketamine.”
