It’s been ten years since Brittney Guzman starred in the cast of Little Women: LA, a reality show featuring the lives of a group of women living with dwarfism in Los Angeles. Guzman joined Terra Jolé Main, Tonya Renée Banks, Elena Gant, Christy McGinity, Briana Manson, Traci Harrison Tsou and Jasmine Arteaga Sorge for the third season of the Lifetime show.
Guzman was only 22 at the time of filming and only stayed for that one year, though she did make a guest appearance in a later season. Now at 32 years old, Guzman is starring on a different platform: the subscription-based content platform, OnlyFans.

The 32-year-old joins numerous other women who have left reality television for the allure of OnlyFans, such as former 90 Day Fiancé stars Rose Vega. Vega chose to join the platform after appearing on the fourth season of the TLC reality TV show with her ex Big Ed Brown as a way to rebuild her life after the her time on the show. She offers a variety of content, ranging from “spicy” content to vlog-style updates on her life, including travel vlogs, weekly photo albums, non-explicit boudoir videos, and personalized voice messages.
It’s actually incredibly common for those who worked on reality television to join OnlyFans — and not just those in front of the camera. Patrick McDonald was a producer for Bravo, one of the networks known for its reality television shows, before he started his OnlyFans account with porn star boyfriend Logan Stevens. Unlike some reality-tv-turned-OnlyFans creators, his goal wasn’t to try to prolong fame (he was behind the scenes at Bravo, despite working on hit shows like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Potomac, Atlanta, and Orange County), but instead to live a “more simple” life.
There are many more examples of reality stars who are on the platform now, including dozens of RuPaul’s Drag Race contestants, even more contestants from dating shows, and even big names like Denise Richards, who appeared in the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. With the lack of stability in this industry, it’s no surprise that so many reality stars turn to OnlyFans to try to continue their careers as long as possible — even when Bravo has given up on them.
