Juan was last seen on Sunday, September 5, at 1:30 p.m., leaving his family members’ residence at 1065 Gerard Avenue wearing a white T-shirt and black sneakers. He’s 5’3″ and 140 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
