A lot of times, cold noodles come overly greasy or bland — especially when they’re from a produce stand or a bodega or even a bigger grocery.
Not so Rosemary Farm’s refrigerated selection — the dish features plentiful carrot and garlic, and comes out quite flavorfully.
Though this noodle staple lacks egg, the fruit and veg shop’s snack has just enough salt and pepper to make for a savory, small meal.
