Judge Bars Count of 12,000 PA Absentee Ballots

The Philadelphia Republican committee sued today to stop the count of all Philadelphia absentee ballots received since Friday, estimated at 12-15,000, charging the city failed to provide a list of “approved” absentee voters beforehand; a U.S. District Judge has just upheld the suit and set a hearing for 9:30 tomorrow morning, meaning those ballots will remain uncounted for now.
