Oh Hello, Bow Wow Wow

From the Brooklyn Museum’s Who Shot Rock & Roll: A Photographic History, 1955 to the Present, opening tomorrow. Photo by Andy Earl, who got the idea to pose the band after Manet’s 1863 painting Le dejeuner sur l’herbe (The Luncheon on the Grass) from their manager, Malcolm McLaren. Annabella Lwin is very, very underage in this photograph, if you were wondering.
