On Saturday, a thousand costumed revelers descended on Brooklyn’s Grand Prospect Hall to take part in Dances of Vice’s annual spectacle, Phantasmagorey, a Halloween ball. Passengers from the Titanic, doctors of centuries past, and monsters of every sort mingled, taking in performances by fire-twirlers, burlesque dancers, and wandering opera divas.
