Ingredients: 3 ounces Lavender vodka, 1 ounce honey, ¼ loose lavender, 1 ounce lemon juice, club soda
The process:
1) To make your own lavender vodka steep ¼ oz loose lavender in a bottle of vodka overnight.
2) Boil ¼ ounce loose lavender in ½ cup boiling water and mix with honey, strain and chill.
3) Mix all ingredients except for soda together in a shaker, then pour out into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda.
