What Do Those OnlyFans Sex Stunts Actually Cost?

As OnlyFans stars begin to push the limits with epic sex stunts, one star is speaking up about the actual cost of these stunts. And no, I don’t mean the tears, hospital bills, or potential mental stress that comes with sleeping with hundreds of people in a single day.

Annie Knight, an Australian OnlyFans star who recently held an event where she slept with 583 men in six hours, opened up about the actual financial costs of these kinds of stunts in a recent episode of her podcast, “Annie Knight Unhinged.”

“I want to talk about the cost of the event. People don’t realize it’s actually so expensive to do something like this. Basically, I obviously had to pay for the videographer, assistants, photographer, security, the venue hire. I paid for the condoms, balaclavas … the wristbands.”

As she totaled up the figures, Knight realized that it was around $10,000. But it was worth it to her to invest that kind of money into the event, claiming that she will make her money back.

“583 guys, imagine all the videos I’m going to be able to release. I will make that money back ten-fold. Hopefully more,” Knight shared. It seems that OnlyFans does not allow their stars to sell one video with all 583 men, but she can break them into shorter videos and make money off each one.

You have to love an entrepreneur who focuses on their return on investment, no matter what it is they are selling.

While Knight explored the financial costs of the event in her podcast episode, she opened up about the other costs in a recent interview.

“Doing 583 in a day is quite a lot, so I was a little bit worried that I was gonna really struggle with it, because the most I’ve done before that was 24 in a day. But it was honestly fine. I was shocked by how easy it was.”

Despite insisting that the event was easy, Knight found herself in a hospital not long after the 583 man stunt. The Australian shared a video of her in her hospital gown with the text “being hospitalized after taking 583🧍‍♂️in a day was not on my 2025 bingo card.” She revealed that underwent blood tests and further medical testing, and said:

“I’m noot doing very well, I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge. It was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut.”

Knight insisted she was fine, just “exhausted” from organizing the stunt while also purchasing her “dream house.” and her body “just hit a wall.”

She assured everyone that she was going to be ok, adding: “The prognosis is good, and it looks like I’m going to have to take a week off, try and relax a little bit, sit out in the sun, just take it easy for a little while,” Knight said. “But I’ll definitely be OK. I’m not letting this slow me down.”

Perhaps the costs of the event was a little higher than she realized.
