Kerik was jailed for pissing off the judge in his fraud trial, who deemed him untrustworthy in matters relating to confidential trial materials. Westchester County Jail mental health professionals were concerned about “symptoms” Kerik displayed in custody. Those concerns now appear to have been dismissed. His trial resumes November 9th.
