The ingredients: It’s a secret! But we’re guessing Champagne — OK, that’s a given — tequila, citrus.

The buzz: At $22, this might just be the steepest sipper The Daily Shot has ever featured. But it also happens to be the second-cheapest thing on the menu at this über-fancy champagne bar. As part of the bang for your buck, you get to play the guessing game of what’s in it. We know it’s a champagne cocktail. And there’s definitely some citrus in there. We also picked up the sharp, savory note of tequila. Whatever’s in it, it’s delightfully refreshing, with an herbaceous zing. We recommend knocking one back before you order any of the champagne, if only to numb you for the wads of cash you’re about to drop.
