This review is trash. A 2012 article published by the International Journal of Occupational and Environmental Health, available at National Center for Biotechnology Information, U.S. National Library of Medicine, cast serious doubts on the fraud claims made by Dole lawyers. In fact, the judge went on to vindicate two of the lawyers. One lawyer provided proof via passport that he couldn't have been at any secret meeting were evidence was falsified. Additionally, Dominguez was cleared of the charges thrown at him.
The only redeeming bit from this review is that its author isn't a real journalist. I guess that's some kind of excuse for this piss poor reporting.
